Cod liver oil – liquid gold

Cod liver oil is extracted from the precious liver parts of cod in the cold waters of the deep sea, containing both vitamin D and vitamin A, as well as omega-3, which has both fish oil and cod liver oil effects, and is known as "liquid gold".
